Original Intent
We champion the unalienable right of every individual to live free from arbitrary governmental mandates. True liberty rests on the conscience of the citizen and the limited reach of the state.
Private property is the essential foundation of economic independence. We oppose all forms of civil asset forfeiture and excessive taxation that diminish the rightfully owned fruits of honest labor.
The federal government is bound by specific enumerated powers. We advocate for a restoration of the original intent of the Bill of Rights as established by our Founders to preserve self-governance.
Sanctity of the Family
The family is the first and most basic unit of government, ordained by God to be the foundation of a stable and prosperous society. We stand firmly for the protection of traditional marriage and the rights of parents to raise and educate their children according to their conscience, free from federal interference.
Restoring States' Rights
We demand the restoration of the 10th Amendment, which explicitly reserves all powers not delegated to the federal government to the States or to the people. It is time to dismantle the sprawling federal bureaucracy and return governance to local communities where it is most accountable.
American Sovereignty
Protection of our national borders and the preservation of our constitutional independence are paramount. We oppose entangling alliances and international bodies that seek to undermine U.S. law. Our allegiance remains solely with the people of the United States and the Constitution.
