Dissolving Political Bands with the Uniparty

That our votes are not the property of any Party.
That the Uniparty has no claim on a Texan's conscience.
That ideology, made an idol, is owed no worship.
That two banners are a confinement our Founders named an evil.
That no kill-command shall be housed as a religion.
That we will not fund our own subjugation.
That we will have a Governor who is not for sale.

We pledge our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

As the first act, before the close of the polls on November 3, 2026, we wrote the name JENN MACK upon our ballots.

As the continuing act, from this fourth day of November, 2026, we pledge our votes to God and to the Constitutions of this state and of this nation.

We champion principled leadership that honors the original intent of our Constitution. Integrity means transparency in governance and an unwavering commitment to the rule of law over political expediency.

Liberty

Defending the unalienable rights granted by our Creator, we stand for the protection of life, personal liberty and the family unit as the essential foundation of a free and prosperous Texas.

Prosperity

Economic freedom flourishes when government is limited. We advocate for low taxes, state sovereignty, and the elimination of wasteful spending to ensure every Texan has the opportunity to thrive.

Life

Providing full personhood protection from fertilization to natural death without exception.

Liberty

Preserving individual freedom through personal responsibility and limited governance.

Property

Defending the right to own and use property without government interference or theft.

Constitution

Strict adherence to the original intent of our founding documents and Bill of Rights.

Family

Promoting and protecting the traditional family unit as the foundation of society.

States' Rights

Restoring authority and jurisdiction to the States as intended by the 10th Amendment.

Sovereignty

Maintaining American independence and withdrawal from all globalist organizations.

A steadfast guardian of our founding documents.

03 · The Platform

Twelve Key Constitutional Issues

Our platform is drawn directly from the Texas Constitution, the U.S. Constitution, and the timeless wisdom of the Founding Fathers. These are not political positions — they are constitutional mandates.

Sanctity of Life

We believe in the sanctity of all human life from fertilization to natural death. Full personhood must be recognized for every Texan, without exception or compromise.

Personal Liberty

Individual liberty is a God-given right, and the primary and only legitimate role of government is to protect that freedom through personal responsibility and limited governance.

Property Rights

The right to own, use, and dispose of private property is fundamental to a free society. We oppose eminent domain abuse, civil asset forfeiture, and unjust taxation.

Constitution & Bill of Rights

We advocate for the original intent of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as the supreme law of the land — the Texas Constitution first, the U.S. Constitution as its complement.

The Family

The traditional family — one man and one woman in covenantal marriage — is the cornerstone of a healthy society and the first and most basic unit of government.

States' Rights

Under the Tenth Amendment, all powers not expressly delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states and to the people. It is time to dismantle the federal bureaucracy.

American Sovereignty

We oppose any subordination of Texas or American interests to international organizations, treaty obligations, or globalist bodies that diminish self-governance.

Ballot Access

A republic cannot survive without fair elections and genuine competition. The two-party duopoly has erected deliberate legal barriers to keep principled alternatives off the ballot.

Fiscal Integrity

Debt is the slow-motion enslavement of future generations. We oppose all deficit spending, unfunded mandates, and the unjust taxation of honest labor.

Original Intent

The Constitution means what it says and says what it means — as understood by those who wrote and ratified it. We reject the doctrine of a living, evolving constitution.

Judicial Restraint

The judiciary was established to interpret law — not to make it, not to rewrite it, and not to impose the policy preferences of judges upon the people.

Ethical Government

Public office is a public trust — not a vehicle for personal enrichment, ideological crusade, or the perpetuation of political power.

We represent a movement dedicated to the sovereignty of the states, the sanctity of life and the preservation of individual liberty. State Executive Committee

The officers of the Constitution Party of Texas — volunteers dedicated to restoring constitutional governance to the Lone Star State.

David Pipkin

State Chairman

Joined the Constitution Party in 2016 and served as County Coordinator before his appointment to the State Executive Committee in 2021, where he served as Vice-Chair under Chairman Scott Copeland. Accepted the nomination to State Chairman in September 2025.

Trey Aaron

State Vice Chairman & Veterans Liaison

A member of the Constitution Party for more than 20 years. Nominated to the State Executive Committee in 2024, he has served in several capacities wherever he has been called to serve.

Richard Forrester

Parliamentarian & Outreach Coordinator

A member of the Constitution Party for several years, nominated to the State Executive Committee in 2024. Accepted the nomination to Parliamentarian in November 2025.
